Terms & Conditions
This agreement is between you, as purchaser, and I Am Social Chair, LLC (“IASC”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Maryland, as vendor. By utilizing this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- In connection with any transaction with you, IASC will not collect any sales or use tax. You understand and agree however that it may be your responsibility under the law to pay a sales or use tax to the relevant governmental taxing authority in your state or jurisdiction.
- In case that any goods shipped to you arrive in a damaged condition, you may obtain replacement of the goods or a refund by shipping the goods back to IASC within two (2) business days of your receipt of the goods. To confirm a shipping location, you can reach us at iamsocialchair@gmail.com. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt and a statement of the damage to the goods.
- IASC HEREBY EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS SOLD TO YOU, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
- With respect to any claim for damage to the goods or for property damage or personal injury allegedly caused by the goods, whether on the basis of negligence, strict liability, contract, or any other basis, your recovery will be limited to the cost of the goods. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO WAIVE ANY CLAIMS AGAINST IASC FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXTRA-CONTRACTUAL DAMAGES.
- IASC may share your name, shipping address, telephone number, and/or email address with any merchant, supplier, motor, rail, or air carrier, manufacturer, vendor, or warehouse, but only for the purpose of arranging for the shipment of the goods to you.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IASC from any claims by third-parties arising out of your misuse of any goods sold to you.
- Any sale to you and the interpretation of this agreement will be subject to the laws of the State of Maryland, whose courts shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute between you and IASC.
